We have Internet and Thanksgiving

FINALLY, we are connected again via the Internet. We now should be able to update post more frequently.

Since the last post, we have enjoyed spending time with family, hiking, playing in waterfalls, and visiting with old friends.

Jeff had to go have a tooth pulled. Several of us have had some coughing, sneezing, runny nose cold but thankfully we are better now.

We had an opportunity to go home for 2 days. We were able to pick up some things we could use and we had a great time fellowshiping with our friends.

This past weekend, we had THANKSGIVING with my family. My sister decided since we were not going to be here for Thanksgiving or Christmas this year that we should just have Thanksgiving dinner this past Saturday. If you know me well, you know that this is my favorite meal. There is just something wonderful about turkey, dressing and gravy, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole, rolls, mac and cheese and green beans. Not to mention the Sweet Potato Pie!! I have always said that if I knew that I was going to die this would be my LAST MEAL. I would even eat this through a straw!

This year was special not only because of the food but that we got to spend it with my family here in the Upstate of SC. We are very blest!!
