We discovered D/FW International Airport. The airport has an observation station (Founders Plaza). We all saw the airplanes take off and land.
The younger children discovered what it looked like to sit in the van while going through a car wash. Katie discovered that she didn't like the cash wash.
We all discovered Razzoo's. This is a Cajun restaurant. Instead of each child ordering a plate of chicken fingers. We ordered several plates and each person had a sampler plate. We discovered that Alligator (Gator) Tail taste like chicken. Everyone enjoyed it but Melissa. She thought it was too spicy. We also discovered several other Cajun dishes. The Pecan Catfish was delicious. Jeff enjoyed the Cajun Fried Shrimp and Chicken Etoufee (chicken with spicy brown gravy and dirty rice) the best.
