Chili Beans

It is around 45 degrees here and cloudy with some rain on and off. Therefore, I thought today would be a great day for Chili Beans. I love this one pot meal. Ready in less than 20 minutes. Even better the next day warmed over. Mmmm - Good.

Why don't you give these a try and let me know what you think.

Chili Beans
1 can Pinto beans
2 cans Bushes Chili Hot Beans (we use the mild)
1 can of Pork and Beans
1 can of Tomato Sauce
1 lb of lean hamburger meat ( use round or sirloin)
1/2 envelope of Chili Seasoning (add more if you like it spicy)

Brown meat and drain. Empty all cans into meat. Do not drain cans. Pour in Seasonings and stir well. Heat over low heat until hot.

I serve this topped with grated cheese and with Club Crackers. We also use the leftovers on top of a baked potato for another meal.

One pot - Two Meals. LOVE IT!!!
