Surf and Turf Stir-Fry with Fry Bread

Surf and Turf Stir-Fry

This is a recipe that we have frequently in our stick built house.
We cooked this in ONE pot. Everyone likes this.

2lbs stir-fry beef (Cut into bite size pieces. Jeff had the local butcher cut this up.)
1lb shrimp. (We bought it peeled and divined.)
2 (16oz) bags of stir- fry veggies ( I bought frozen.)
1 jar Stir-Fry Sauce
2 Tsp. Tomato Basil Seasoning
3 pack of Ramen Noodles.
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Heat 4 cups of water to boil. Cook Ramen Noodles with seasoning packs. Drain and set to the side.
Heat Olive Oil in pan. Add beef - cook till brown. Add shrimp - cook till pink.
Add Tomato Basil Seasoning and Stir-Fry Sauce - Stir
Add veggies - Stir - cook until veggies are soften and warm.
Add noodles to pot - toss- heat until everything is hot.

I have served this with rice instead of noodles.
I serve with some type of bread.

Garlic Parmesan Fry Biscuits

1 can (10 ct) biscuits
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp of Parmesan Grated Cheese
Oil for cooking

Heat oil to 350 degrees. Divide biscuit into thirds.
Drop into hot oil. Turn over when it is slightly brown. Brown both sides. Remove to plate to drain. Drain on brown paper bag or paper towels.
Sprinkle Garlic Salt and Cheese over hot bread.
I cook these in small batches so that they do not get extremely brown. Therefore, I sprinkle a little bit of Garlic Salt and Cheese each time I remove a batch from the pot.

Everyone likes these. They are not as good as Garlic Bread but in our bus - Garlic Bread in not an option without taking a long time. These are ready in less than 10 minutes.

Entire Meal Ready in Less Than 30 minutes!!
