Due to a conversation I had last night with someone, we asked the children, "Would you like to go back to traveling full time?" I should have known the answer to this question before asking. Every since we have returned to our stick and brick house, the comment is made occasionally about when are we going back on the road. Or - "Would we ever get a bus again?" Our children like being on the road. (Well, all of them except Sierra who said it was pure torture and because of it has blocked out events and periods of time. Really! She really has! I can ask her if she remembers certain events or activities and she CAN NOT.) Any way, back to the question.
The answer was a resounding, "YES". Then came the question, how could we travel again with Katie? Her disabilities and the problems of one of our other children is the reason we returned home in 2011. The other child's issues are better than before but Katie has dealt with a lot during 2012-2014. However, just recently we changed her pediatrician and she is making some progress.
So, "Could we go back on the road?" Well, we have learned throughout our life, that nothing is impossible with God. Will we return? Or better yet, WHEN, will we return to a life living on the road? That question still remains unanswered but I can assure you that the topic is floating around the house like the sweet smell of my Triple Chocolate Cake. Missy Miller
